Our Services

We provide Care and Support Services that are aimed at improving the health and well being of individuals while maintaining their independence.

Domiciliary Care

Our team of support care workers can assist with a multitude of tasks, including routine daily assistance, personal care, preparing meals, shopping and general domestic duties. Furthermore, our office team coordinates with GPs and pharmacies to ensure medication is ordered and collected or arrange any extra support that might be required. We also offer domiciliary respite care within the home during periods where family are away on holiday, or simply taking a break.

We visit each home from the outset to meet with the service users and their family. We carry out a thorough assessment of their individual needs and together we develop a safe, effective and flexible care plan.

Should a service user’s circumstances change at any time, we reassess their care needs to help evaluate what has changed, and in agreement with the service user and their families/representative, adjust their care plan accordingly, offering any additional support that may be required.

We also liaise closely with Local Authorities, Social Workers, Care Managers, GPs, District Nurses, Hospitals, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other health care professionals on our patient’s behalf to keep them safe and secure at home.

Ultimately, we aim to provide the best care possible to enable our clients to stay at home for as long as they may wish.
